Services and Fees

Standard Appointments:
Monday to Saturday: 8 am to 6 pm
A standard consult is 30-45 minutes.

Saturday or outside of the main service area:
Saturdays surcharge = $100
Travel surcharge = From $30

- Consultations for additional pets on the same visit are $100 per pet.
- Revisit consultations for follow-up within 4 weeks of the same problem are $110.

We're happy to provide itemized invoices for all services rendered, as well as for insurance claim processing.

Payment is required at the time of consultation. We accept credit cards and EFTPOS

VetPay is available:
You pay the initial 10% deposit, and then VetPay pays the balance. You reimburse them via fortnightly instalments.
