A standard consultation includes a home visit with a full clinical examination, Monday–Friday (8 am–6 pm) within our serviceable area.
Dr Mac Mobile Vet is based in Henley Beach and extends its services throughout the entire Adelaide Metropolitan area.
Any extras will incur additional fees, including vaccinations, medications, diagnostic tests, etc. Surcharges also apply for bookings on Saturdays or outside our serviceable area if applicable.

We’re happy to provide itemised invoices for all services rendered, as well as for insurance claim processing.
Payment is required at the time of consultation. We accept credit cards, EFTPOS, VetPay and Afterpay.
Dr Mac has loved animals and the natural world from an early age. He pursued his veterinary studies and graduated from Cairo University.
He moved to Australia with his family in 2009, but his enthusiasm and passion for the veterinary field never wavered, which led to the successful completion of the same degree in both countries! Dr Mac graduated from the University of Adelaide with the Adelaide Graduate Award.
Following this, Dr Mac has worked in various small animal general practice clinics across Adelaide, giving him an appreciation of what clients need and want when they visit a vet. Dr Mac saw the development of a mobile vet clinic as a great advantage for pets and their owners.
Throughout his career, Dr Mac has seen firsthand how stressful, frustrating and inconvenient routine visits to the vet can be. Whether it be just physically getting to the vet or the stress of the waiting room.
